Got Allergies? Paint clear nail polish on the back of metal items so that the metal is not directly against your skin! This does not usually work for earrings though, so make sure the earrings you buy are made with sterling silver, surgical steel, or 14k gold hooks or posts, as most of the earrings in my shop are. Any non-precious metals are triple-coated in a special anti-allergy solution. As someone with a metal allergy, I feel your pain!
