** OUT OF TOWN FROM 5/30 TO 6/4 - READY TO SHIP ITEMS WITH SHIP FIRST THING 6/5 CUSTOM ORDER WILL TAKE A FEW DAYS EXTRA **
Spring is here and that means I'm spending more time outside in my garden. Custom orders are taking 3-4 days to ship. International orders are only being shipped on Tuesday - Thursday mornings. I'm sorry for any inconveniences this may cause but find its easier to handle a box full of tulle without the assistance of my munchkins.
Caring for your tutu -
Your tutu is traveling to far away locations and may get a little too comfortable and start conforming to the box it was shipped in. To get those pesky little wrinkles that I've yet to find away to prevent from happening, take your tutu out of the box, give it a good little fluff to try and straighten it out and hang it in a closet for a couple days. You'll be surprised how many of the wrinkles take care of themselves as long as you give it a little room to breathe.
If that doesn't work, I recommend taking a shower with your tutu. Place it on a hanger and hang it near the shower - DO NOT SOAK THE TUTU! close the doors and windows and take a hot shower. The steam should help.
Another option is lightly spritzing, and I do mean lightly, the tutu and then hanging it in the sun to dry.
Or you can use the steam function on an iron. KEEP THE IRON 6-8 INCHES AWAY from the tutu. An iron will MELT OR BURN tulle if it gets to close.
Not the DIY kind of person - take it to the cleaners they'll get the wrinkles out for you!
Tulle is a great fabric but its hand wash, hang dry or dry clean only.
