I offer themed surprises for you and easy gift ideas if you're stuck on what to get someone for a birthday or random holiday!
My surprises make great treats for online gift exchanges and pen pals. I offer lots of themes and am happy to create a theme just for you!
All themed surprises are made based on my favorite quotes and my own doodles ((a doodle means I draw, but I'm no Michelangelo)). I do not sell or include licensed or copyrighted content--so don't ask me to do that, thank you. :)
All of the items in my shop are handmade by me in my smoke-free, pet-friendly home.
Payment
Orders ship within 7 business days. I will contact you if it will take longer.
Expect custom orders and large orders to take longer. Feel free to check with me before you place the order if you need a rush.
If your item is *made to order*, please expect up to two weeks days before I ship--usually less, but just in case.

Shipping
Please make sure the correct ship-to address is on both your Etsy account and your PayPal account before completing payment. If you don't have the correct address, I will ask you to cancel the order and re-order with the correct shipping information. Please understand this is for my benefit as well as yours so we are both covered with PayPal's shipping agreements.
Please clearly indicate if your order is being shipped directly to someone as a gift or the invoice will be included.
I ship USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation. Feel free to request any upgrade you so desire.

Pricing is equivalent to the items in my other shops. Example, the $7 package has $7 worth of handmade items. Sometimes more, but never less.

Please remember that when you purchase handmade items you are paying for the seller's time and expertise in their craft, not just for the cost of the materials the items are created with. For this reason, I do not accept returns/refunds or exchanges, because you aren't able to refund the time spent on your item when I could have been doing other work. If you are hesitant about purchasing a surprise--please step away from my shop--save the drama for your mama. This is supposed to be fun, people! I love making handmade items, but I do have other things to do.
Seriously. I love you all, but please don't waste my time or your time if you don't read the entire policies. I've had some rude people leave untrue feedback, and I want to prevent any future occurrences of this ridiculousness.
I want to do business with folks who truly understand handmade. :)
