Welcome to Bright by Design! I love design, colour and making things and I hope you'll find something you'll love in our shop! All our products are handmade and unique so get in touch if you have an idea of something you'd like me to make and I'll create a personal listing!

Payment
I only accept PayPal - it's an easy and secure way to pay even if you don't have an account. Payment should be made immediately after placing an order. If you have any problems with payment let me know.
Shipping
Stock items are posted as soon as possible after payment is cleared and will arrive within a week.
Bespoke items will depend on current order volumes. Please contact me before ordering if you need something by a specific date. If you are ordering ahead for a wedding or special event I can take orders up to a year in advance and delivery will be made a week before the date of the wedding/event.
I post orders using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery (depending on the value of the order) so you will need to specify a delivery address where someone is available to sign for the package. If you would like something delivered on a specific day let me know and I'll see what I can do.
I currently only offer delivery to the UK, but if you would like to order from another country get in touch and I'll let you know what the shipping cost would be.
