Your items will be shipped within 1-7 business days with registered airmail (with tracking number) after payment received . It will take nearly 3-15 days to Europe and nearly 2-3 weeks to US to be delivered according to the state or city. During busy holiday seasons or because of different countries custom policies some packages delay up to 1 month or more. Unfortunately these delays are not under our control.

For VALENTINES' DAY orders: Please start shopping by the first week of January to get them in time. Usual shipping time is 2-3 weeks but some packages are held at customs for more time.

For rush orders we can possibly make expedited shipping,please contact us for countries and fees before purchasing.

We try to reflect the natural color of every item however it can change from computer/ monitor to computer/ monitor. Please consider this before purchasing. Or if you are not sure about anything please convo us for more information before purchasing

We ship with registered Turkish Mail which means your package will be delivered with a signature so someone needs to be at home. If you are not at home when postman comes , he will you leave a notice indicating that you should pick your package from your local post office or can arrange a redelivery by contacting your postal services.
