Payment
I am only able to accept PayPal at this time. As PayPal is a third party credit card processor, you may use this option to pay via credit card as well. You do *not* need your own PayPal account to use the service. If you have questions about how this works, I'll be happy to assist you.
I kindly request payment immediately upon purchase. Transactions will be canceled after three days of non-payment. Should you have any problems with the payment process, please contact me.
I reserve the right to refuse a transaction for any reason.
Shipping
I ship via Post Danmark with the least expensive method available and within 48 hours of payment. I make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives safely and promptly. In order to keep my prices low, I am not able to offer insurance or confirmation of delivery.
Please ensure that your address submitted during checkout matches your Paypal address. You may add alternate addresses to your Paypal account - if you need assistance with this, please contact me. If your Paypal shipping address and Etsy shipping address do not match, I will not ship the item until you have confirmed the correct address. I want your item to get to you!
International buyers are welcome and encouraged! If you do not see your country listed, please convo me for estimated shipping costs. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Please allow two to three weeks for delivery, though generally speaking, it shouldn't take that long.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do my best to describe and photograph our items as accurately as possible. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me.
If you would like a refund, please return the item within 14 days and I will refund the cost of your purchase. I am unable to refund the cost of shipping.
As I typically sell one item at a time, I am not able to offer exchanges.
