Hopefully you will find all the information you need in one of the categories below. If not, just contact me through my etsy shop or my email address and I will get back to you.

Custom requests are always welcome.
If you would like to reserve an item already in my shop, please contact me and I will reserve it for 3 days maximum or we can discuss a specific time frame that works for you.
Payment
I accept payments through PayPal, it is a very secure and trusted method of online payment. You can also use your credit card to make payments on PayPal.
For Canadian buyers, I offer e-tranfers. Please contact me before purchasing so I can edit the listing for you.
When you place an order for multiple items, I will refund any shipping over payment of $2.00 or more through Paypal.
If I have not received notification of payment for your order from PayPal and you are not returning my emails/convos, I will cancel the sale after 3 days.
Shipping
Once I have received a confirmation of your payment from PayPal I will mail your purchase.
I ship once a day Monday to Friday. If I receive the order on a Saturday or on a Sunday then the order goes out Monday unless it's a holiday.
If you see a difference in the amount of postage on your package and what you paid for shipping it is because the shipping cost includes the tax I pay on the postage and the cost of packaging materials.
I ship from Canada using Canada Post.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS: If an item doesn't have your shipping destination in the listing, it is because the postal rates vary too much for me to apply a specific amount. If you would like to order the item, please contact me with your location and I will look into the cost of shipping.
SHIPPING ADDRESS: I use your PayPal address unless told otherwise. If there is a difference between your PayPal address and your address on Etsy, I will email you to verify what address you would like the item sent to. If I cannot get a verification within a few days I will have to cancel the order.
SHIPPING TIMES:
CANADIAN destinations:
Estimated shipping time once your item is mailed is about 5 to 7 business days within Canada depending on the mail service to your area. A large item mailed with the parcel rate service will have a tracking number. These shipping times are not guaranteed.
U.S. destinations:
Estimated shipping time once your item is posted to the U.S. is about 7 to 14 business days depending on the mail service to your area. I ship from a rural area so I find that the 14 business days usually applies. Any import duties or taxes imposed by your country will be your responsibility to pay. Tracking numbers are not provided. These shipping times are not guaranteed.
INTERNATIONAL destinations:
Estimated shipping times once the item is posted to your country vary greatly and will depend on the mail service to your area, because of this I cannot give an estimated shipping time. Any import duties or taxes imposed by your country will be your responsibility to pay. Tracking numbers are not provided.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times given by Canada Post and are not guaranteed, especially around holidays.
If you need your item by a specific date, please consider asking me to send it by courier. I will investigate the cost and let you know what it will be. If you agree to the courier cost, I will adjust the shipping in the listing before you buy it or send you an invoice via Paypal to cover the additional shipping cost. The additional shipping cost must be paid for before I will ship the item.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want my buyers to be happy.
Please contact me within a reasonable amount of time so we can resolve any dissatisfaction you might have.
All of my items are sent out in sturdy, protective packaging. If your package arrives with the contents damaged contact me immediately.
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me.
If it is determined that you will to return the item, it should be sent back in sturdy packaging within 7 days of its arrival at your address.
Once I have received the returned item I will issue a refund through Paypal less the original shipping cost and fees incurred by Etsy and Paypal.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
I do not offer a refund on custom orders.
If you do not receive your package within a reasonable amount of time please let me know so we can work something out. Please read my Shipping Policy that outlines estimated shipping times and allow for delays such as weekends, holidays, weather related disasters, customs and other unforeseen acts.

I require full payment ahead of time on all custom work and as mentioned above. I do not offer refunds on personalized custom work.
