Welcome
My crocheted items are handmade and heartfelt. I started out making these items as gifts because I love my friends and family. I love the look on my little girls' face when I tell them that I made something especially for them.
Most of my items are custom made, but should only take a day or two to create. After payment is made, an item will be shipped out in 5 business days, maximum. If shorter or longer time, I will let you know! Communication is my policy.
Payment
If you receive an item and the size is wrong, please let me know. If you ship the item back to me I will make you a new item and ship it back to you.
Shipping
Shipping is free. If you desire insurance, please let me know and we'll add it on for an additional charge. (Usually around $1.40) Please ask about international shipping rates, and I will get you a quote immediately.

I love custom orders! I work better when I have a specific person to make an item for. If you know of something crocheted that you don't see on my site, let me know! I love to be creative and try new designs. The more complicated the design, the longer it may take. But please, ask away! I will communicate with you every step of the way.
