::about the art::

All items are hand-made, with care, by me in my small studio in Northern California.

::materials and process::
I use white earthenware clay and most items are kiln fired at least three times. I use many labor intensive processes to create each piece. Over the years I have obsessively hunted for and collected anything that can make a unique impression on clay, like for instance; antique letterpress, vintage buttons, and cooking utensils. I also make all of my moulds and hand carve stamps to achieve the look I desire. All items are slab-built. These processes make each item is a small piece of art, no two are alike.

All glazes used are lead-free.
