Payment
Payment is expected when order is placed. If I do not receive your payment within 24 hours, I will cancel the transaction. I accept Paypal, RME, or money order. I also can place your credit card information through my merchant account. Please contact me if you wish to pay this way!

Shipping
Often, your order is created just for you.
Orders ship within 1-6 days of purchase, via USPS First Class, with Delivery confirmation. Please let me know if you need your purchase quickly, and I can offer an upgrade to Priority for an additional charge.
I ship to the address on file with Paypal. I also am happy to ship it directly to another party - just let me know! If your purchase is a gift, just let me know and I'll be happy to include a card.
If this is an international order, all customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. I cannot be held responsible for customs fees your package may incur as they are imposed by the receiving country and are not in my control. I also cannot declare that a purchase is a gift on a customs form. This is a federal offense in the US and carries severe penalties.
I also often make my own packages, or recycle packaging material. Save a Tree!
Refunds and Exchanges
100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you receive your item and it is not as you thought, expected or are otherwise disappointed, please return it for a full exchange or refund, minus shipping charges.
Sometimes, the USPS loses packages. Because I purchase delivery confirmation, it can usually be easy to track a missing package. If I can prove to you that it has been shipped, then we must work together to resolve the situation. Please inform me promptly if you have not received your package! The good news: between both of my shops, and going on 3 years on Etsy - only ONE package has ever been lost and not found! UH, hope it doesn't jinx me now that I put that in writing!
(PS the 2 negative feedbacks in my shop were from customers that NEVER paid for their item, and are still allowed, by etsy, to leave feedback. I have 100% positive feedback from my customers - you will be thrilled too!)
