I want to thank all of you, my lovely customers, for your generous support of my little etsy shop!! My goal is to provide a high quality product that fits your specific needs and to make sure you are happy with the service you receive.

It has been a very busy December, thank you very much, and I am working very hard to finish your orders promptly. I am running a little over at the moment and it is taking about 3 - 4 days from the time your payment clears until your order is shipped. Larger orders will take a day or two longer. I appreciate your patience with this and I assure you I ship as soon as I have completed your items.

If an item you have seen listed suddenly disappears and you can't purchase it, it means that someone has just purchased the same item. I list my shop items one at a time and as quickly as possible. So if you have seen something you like and then try to purchase it and get a "no longer available" response, just send me an email. I will make sure you are able to buy the item you want!!
