Butterfly Baby was created by Jen Gallagher, granddaughter of renowned Montreal fashion designer/seamstress Jacqueline Brown, who is best known for her gorgeous, handmade wedding and ball gowns. An avid lover of vintage styles herself, Jacqueline trained Jen in needlework and crafting from a very young age, instilling a deep appreciation for fashion, handcrafting, and classic design in her that resonated into her adult life as a visual and written composition artist. Once her daughter was born, Jen's focus switched to children's fashion, incorporating her obsession with classic styles with her love of motherhood.
