Welcome
BUY SOME LOVE and BUY SOME LOVE 4 Kids jewelry and accessories are 100% handmade by a husband and wife team in our home studio in Toronto, Canada.
The policies found below have been updated January 1, 2012.
We reserve the right to change the policies.
Payment
We accept Paypal, e-checks and Visa Cards.
Unfortunately, at this time, we do NOT accept personal cheques or money transfers, unless you are a regular customer with us.
Please note that you do not need a Paypal account in order to checkout with Paypal.

Shipping
TURN AROUND TIME:
Please e-mail us to find out what the current turn around time is.
Thank you!
On average, it takes about 7-14 days to ship out an an item to you...this is excluding when we are on vacation, holidays etc
(We leave notes about changes in turn around times in our shop announcement).
Large bridal orders or orders that require complex customization may take longer to ship out.
If you are on a timeline and require your order to be shipped out sooner, please leave us a note when checking out or e-mail us at: buysomelove [!at] gmail.com and we will gladly accomodate your requests.
We are NOT responsible for orders that do not arrive in time, due to lack of communication.

Once your order has been shipped, we will mark off SHIPPED on your invoice.
Unfortunately, due to the volume of orders that come through our shop, we CANNOT send individual e-mails to each customer.
If you would like us to notify you personally, please leave us a note when checking out.
PACKAGING:
We ensure that all our pieces are packaged safely to endure their long trips to their destinations.
It is up to our discretion to use gift boxes or simple wrap in bubble wrap.
We are able to offer such cheap shipping rates, due to the fact that we can sometimes wrap the items flat with bubble wrap only.
To use gift boxes for every order, would raise the shipping prices significantly, and we reserve to use boxes only for large, bridal and for items that will break.
If this is a gift and you need to receive it in a gift box, please let us know when checking out.
SHIPPING...POSTAL TIME
Please note that all packages get shipped out from Toronto, Canada as REGULAR MAIL by GROUND.
This method does not provide for tracking or guaranteed delivery time.
On average, it takes about 7-14 days to arrive, sometimes sooner, sometimes later.
I cannot give an exact arrival time, since it is something that is out of my hands and control.
We do offer, the option to have your order shipped out by AIR, which is a little faster that Ground.
This upgrade is FREE but you must let us know when checking out.
UPS SHIPPING
We do realize that customers need orders sooner or need tracking and we do provide UPS shipping, at a bit of a cost.
Please contact us for a quote on using UPS shipping.
It is the buyer's responsibility to enter the correct address when checking out.
This is paypal's policies and ours.
We will not be held responsible for shipments that have been misdirected due to incorrect address entry.
BRIDAL and TIME SENSITIVE ORDERS
If your order is time sensitive, PLEASE do not forget to let us know when checking out.
We are NOT responsible for orders that do not arrive in time, due to lack of communication.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Many countries apply import taxes and customs fees on all packages over a certain value entering the country.
These are not in my control and I have no way of knowing when or if they will be imposed or how much they might be.
Be aware that these customs and duties fees are the sole responsibility of you, the Customer.
We do not refund Duty fees imposed by other countries.
We do NOT refund lost international orders.
Refunds and Exchanges
Here at Buy Some Love, it is very important to us that you are 100% happy with your purchase.
This is our guarantee:
We try our utmost hardest to ensure that every piece of jewelry that leaves our studio reflects the photos shown in each listing.
Please note that you may not receive the exact item that is photographed, but a reproduction of it, since many of the original pieces have found loving homes.
We make sure that each reproduction looks as close to the original as possible.
If its a custom order, we try to send you a photo of your order before shipping it out.
This is to ensure that we have your order correct.
The above guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, for which we cannot made made responsible.
Please note that Sterling Silver WILL tarnish if its not stored properly.
RETURNS
An item may be returned for replacement due to defect within 30 days and only after the buyer has e-mailed us.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges may be made ONLY if the item is returned in UNWORN condition with accompanying box and tags.
A returned piece will be replaced with the EXACT same item.
If the item is not available, the buyer may choose another item(s) of equal or greater value.
If a replacement of greater value is selected, the retail difference will be charged.
REFUNDS
PLEASE NOTE: Any refunds are issued, minus shipping and handling charges, in the form by which the item was paid.
We do NOT refund items that did not arrive in time for your special event, if you did not leave us a note on your time restriction, this includes items for gift giving purposes.
We do not refund price differences if an item/s was purchased before a sale event.
Any returns/exchanges and refunds do NOT cover handstamped personalized jewelry unless it is faulty or there has been an error on our part.
BRIDAL/CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are final and not returnable, unless there has been some error in my part or the piece is faulty.
