Estimated shipping times are also noted in the bottom of every listing. International customers should allow for extended processing times through their nations customs departments if applicable.

Welcome to byrd & belle on Etsy. My name is Angie Davis and everything you see here is handmade by me from start to finish in my studio in downtown Minneapolis.

Check the notes in the description of your item to see when it will be ready to ship. Most cases & sleeves have a wait of two weeks before they are ready to ship. Estimated shipping times are also noted in the bottom of every listing.

I accept Paypal (which accepts all major credit cards).

If you require a special size or a customization, please contact me before your purchase.

Shipping

****SHIPPING WITHIN THE US::****
Your order will ship via the USPS. This includes Delivery Confirmation to all destinations and packages *typically* arrive in approximately 2-3 days for Priority Mail and 2-4 days for First Class Mail (method is specific to each item and is noted in the item descriptions). You will be emailed when your order ships and provided a Delivery Confirmation number.

****SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE US::****
All orders are shipped via the USPS which are then transferred to and delivered by your nation's postal system (ie. Royal Mail, Postes Canada, Deutsche Post, etc.). International customers may be subject to fees by their own government for importing good. Contact your post office or government for information on customs fee and import duty. Insurance is included on all packages.

International Option #1 - Priority Mail
* Includes tracking to most destinations
* Typically arrives in 7-10 business days (not guaranteed, but typical)
* Cost to Canada: $24 for smaller items, $26 for larger items
* Cost to Everywhere else: $32 for smaller items, $38 for larger items

International Option #2 - First Class Mail
* DOES NOT HAVE TRACKING
* Typically arrives in 2-4 weeks but can take 6-8
* Cost to Canada: $6-$8 for smaller items, $12-$14 for larger items
* Cost to Everywhere else: $8-$14 for smaller items, $18-$20 for larger items

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO DOWNGRADE YOUR SHIPPING TO FIRST CLASS MAIL, CONTACT ME FOR INFORMATION ON HOW TO PURCHASE.

International customers are responsible for all import duty and customs fees. Packages are marked in accordance with postal guidelines.

****Additional Shipping Notes****
byrd & belle is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address.

My studio is not open to the public so I do not offer local pick-ups. If you've placed a large order, I may be able to discount your shipping costs as the shipping on certain items within the city is sometimes a little lower. Contact me before you buy and we can find a solution.

If you're item is a gift or requires special attention during shipping, please leave a note along with your purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

Guaranteed Satisfaction:
Customer satisfaction is my top priority. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unused, and resalable items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items should be returned in similar packaging to protect it during shipping. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.

If there is a problem with your order that is the result of my error, I will fix it immediately and pay all return and reshipping fees.

All packages are insured and claims on lost packages can be filed 45 days after ship date (60 days for packages to Italy). Refunds will be issued when insurance claims are filed. If you wish to have a second order shipped, shipping will need to upgraded to a method that offers tracking. When the time lapse between purchase and the insurance claim has exceeded 60 days, a refund cannot be made but I can return your money via paypal or we can discuss a second shipment.

All cases and sleeves are sized for the latest generation of your gadget or laptop unless otherwise noted. To find out if you have the latest generation, contact the manufacturer or contact me for information on where to go to find out.
