When you place an order, I'll send you an email with an estimated completion date -- most dolls will take up to three weeks to complete, and all Christmas ornaments can take about a week. HOWEVER, if I don't have many orders on, I can often ship your order within a week of purchase!

If you need an order rushed for a birthday or special event, contact me and we can work something out. :)

To keep shipping costs down and be eco-friendly, I often use recycled boxes and envelopes when shipping out items. If you would prefer a brand-spankin'-new box or envelope (in the event that your item is a gift), please let me know when placing your order.

Any item shipped in the US includes delivery confirmation. For international buyers, I will send you the customs number included with your order.
