This was my first purchase on Etsy and what a disappointment! I waited 2 months to get the custom item, which I was very patient about! Arranging delivery was a nightmare and I wasted 3 different days sitting at home waiting for my delivery, which never came. I was told the item would be delivered, brought into the home as it weighs 300lb., taken out of the crate and setup. Turns out the freight company doesn't do that for liability reasons. If anybody wants my custom made cabinet its now on its way back to the seller!
