Don't have a Paypal account? No problem! Follow these easy steps to pay with a credit card WITHOUT having to sign up for an account.
Step 1: Go to your receipt and click on "pay with Paypal"
Step 2: Click on "Don't have a Paypal account"
Step 3: Follow the steps to complete the credit card information and finalize payment.

Payment terms: If a payment is not received within 3 days, your purchase will be cancelled and negative feedback will be left.
Payment/Purchase cancellation: Once a buyer clicks the "Buy Now" button they are obligated to follow through on the payment.

All items are made-to-order and ship within 3-5 days unless there is a problem in which you will be notified via the email given at checkout.
We ship USPS First Class mail. We ship items at the lowest possible price. If you would like additional protection on your items (insurance, etc) please leave a note to the seller and we will send you a bill. If you choose not to purchase additional protection we are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST ITEMS.
International Shipping Timeline:
International shipping is usually quick but in rare occasions it can take up to 6 weeks. Again we keep shipping costs at a minimum but you may purchase additional services (faster shipping etc) for an additional price.
Refunds and Exchanges
If your purchase was damaged during shipping or in the creating process--please return your purchase. We will send out new items once your items have been returned.
If a purchase was lost in the mail we will send new items out for up to $30 (belt buckles not included). If your purchase was over $30 and insurance was not purchased, caughtREDhanded is not responsible. We will ONLY insure $30 or less.
Refund (wholesale excluded):
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason--please contact us. We will do everything in our power to make you a satisfied customer. We do not refund purchases but we will re-issue pendants, change designs, or change shapes. Once feedback is completed a transaction is CLOSED and nothing further will be done.
**In a rare case where a refund is issued--SHIPPING IS NEVER REFUNDED. Shipping is at the customers expense.
After 45 days (from order date) no refunds or exchanges will be offered.
Once feedback is completed, a transaction is considered closed. Please make sure you address any issues via email or convo before leaving feedback. We will do everything possible to make sure you are a satisfied customer. Please hold off on feedback until you feel you were satisfied.
