SpiritBlocks are unique, decorated wooden blocks designed connect to your spirit. SpiritBlocks can be placed beside your computer, your bed, above the sink, anywhere a quick glimpse during the day is a reminder to take a moment to inspire and refresh your soul. Each block is lovingly hand-crafted. I use several types of green wood that have been recycled from a fellow woodworker. The wooden blocks are sanded and then stained and/or painted. Each side is then adorned with a variety of material that can include: hand-etched and patina copper metal, glass beads, hand rusted wire and fabric, mica, leather, ribbon, and embossed metal. SpiritBlocks measure approximately 3.5"X1.5"X4". I take special orders.

I am a southern mixed-media collage artist and over-educated geologist with a Renaissance collections of skills and talents. I am addicted to nature and find it my constant source of energy and inspiration. I adore metal and found objects as much as I love my family and friends.
