Ordering is very easy!
Payment will be debited from your account at the time of purchase, or soon after. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, credit and debit cards, Paypal as well as Etsy gift cards.

Shipping
If the item is not made of order it will be shipped within the next 2 business days after the payment.
Made of order items take one to two weeks to be ready to ship. We will be in touch throught the painting procedure from the first step of the drawing, up to the final step of firing. Just before the firing payment should be concluded. When the item is ready to be shipped I inform you for the excact date of the shipment.
Charis Handmade takes extra care for the packaging of your valuable artefacts. All the items are shipped in a wooden gift box with my logo, wrapped carefully with extra strong aerofilm and a high quality ribbons.
The porcelain with all the protective wrapping is heavy so it costs more to send but I try to make the shipping prices as reasonably as possible.
