Most items items can be personalized so do contact me for more information. I can add names/messages free of charge - please allow up to 5 working days.

I also have a couple of local companies who can make wood boxes specific sizes/shapes, ask for a quote stating as much information as you can, including preferred wood, and what sort of design you would like me to add.

Many items can also be personalized at no extra cost.

Once personalized, refunds will only be accepted where there is a confirmed fault with the item.
