SHIPPING
I ship by Priority Mail- it's faster, more reliable, and shipments through Paypal come with a free tracking number.
$4.60 for up to three skeins of yarn for domestic orders.
Contact me prior to payment if you would like to add insurance or change your shipping options. I do ship internationally, contact me for an accurate shipping quote if your location is not listed.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, any yarn can be exchanged for a different color, or returned for a refund of the purchase price within 7 days of it's arrival. If you experience any other issues with your, either before or after knitting- please contact me immediately.
