My aim is to make items you will love at an affordable price. As I am based in England, my fabrics are often different and unusual.

I use fabric of the best quality; strong, top quality thread from leading manufacturers and the best YKK zippers (where necessary). You can be assured you will receive an item finished to the highest standard.

I put a lot of attention into every pillow cover. Each one is hand cut, pinned, stitched and serged (professionally stitched to prevent fraying). If it is sub-standard, it will not leave here with my name on it!

All stress points are triple stitched for strength and durability.

18" pillow covers will fit an 18" inner comfortably. For a plump look, use an inner which is one size bigger (ie 20" for an 18" cover).

The pillow covers are ironed before shipment but will usually need ironing again once they arrive in your home.

All pillow covers are sewn in a smoke free home and an animal free environment.

Unless otherwise stated, all pillow covers from Chez Lélé have the same fabric front AND back. Pillow covers with plain backs will be priced accordingly.

Inserts are generally NOT included, please read the individual descriptions for details.

The clothes pin bags have been designed and made by me and are exclusive to this store.

Most items from this shop are ready to ship and will be dispatched within 3 business days at present.

Custom orders are very welcome, and the time taken to create them depends on the request.

Wholesale orders are welcomed, my minimum order is 20 units and price will depend on the fabric chosen, please convo me to discuss your requirements.

I answer convos within 2 business days where possible, however, there is a time difference to consider when waiting for a reply.
