Chez Pim's artisan marmalades

chezpim's Shop Announcement

Pim's artisan marmalades are made from rare, exotic citrus grown sustainably in the hills of Watsonville, California. Each small batch is handmade from a single varietal to preserve its own distinct qualities, adding only minimally refined organic sugar, and using the pectin naturally extracted from citrus - because commercial pectin is only for the timid.

As the citrus season winds down and berries and stone fruits ripen, we'll have seasonal berry and fruit confitures and preserves available here too. Just like the marmalades, Pim's confitures are handmade only with locally and sustainably grown fruits - mostly from farms and gardens belonging to her friends and neighbors. The focus will be on heirloom varieties and interesting flavor combinations. Come back to see what's new - or better yet, follow Pim at http://twitter.com/chezpim to hear when the next batch is up here at the shop.

Right now there are two different prices for the jam, $14 and $12, depending on the jar size and variety of the jam. See individual product listings for more details. Shipping/handling cost for the US is $15 per order, each order is maximum 6 jars. You are, of course, allowed to order more than 6, you just need to do each 6-jar pack in a separate order.

Pim's marmalades and confitures are also sold at Manresa restaurant in Los Gatos and Lulu's at the Octagon in Santa Cruz, CA.
