Welcome to chicksale shop! I hand knit/crochet all my items in my smoke free pets friendly house. I believe you can find something interesting for you or for your beloved! Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions, suggestions or special order for a different color or size. I would do my best to have it done for you within very short time frame.

I ship domestic and international.
Domestic shipping is via either US Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery accroding to USPS) or US First-Class mail (3-5 day delivery according to USPS) I will provide you with track number for your convenience.
International shipping is via USPS First Class International--which DOES NOT include any tracking or insurance to cover loss or damage, and typically takes up to 5-6 weeks to reach the destination. I will provide you with the Custom form number, which is the proof of shipping. If you would like to upgrade to Priority International Mail, which offers insurance and tracking, and takes 6-10 days for delivery, please contact me for rates.
**FULL VALUE OF MERCHANDISE WILL BE DECLARED ON ALL CUSTOMS FORMS. No exceptions. If any additional customs fees or taxes are added, these are the sole responsibility of the buyer. **

Refunds and Exchanges
Your satisfaction with my items is my priority number one. I want you to enjoy wearing my items as much as I enjoyed making them. If for any reason you are not happy with color or size please let me know right away so we can work out a solution. Refund request must be made within 3 business days of receipt of your item. I am open for you to return the item in its original condition within 14 days. All returns are on customer's expense. I'll refund your purchase money. Shipping cost, if any, is not refundable.
I take full responsibility for the lost or damaged packages. If your package is lost or damaged I will refund 100% your order amount (including shipping cost)
