Announcement
Chocolate Creative has relocated to Gran Canaria, Spain. After 21 years in London, where the brand was born, it was time to return to my home town. From now on orders will be dispatched from our studio in Gran Canaria worldwide. Trade will continue as usual, shipping costs will stay the same and lead times are as follows: one week to the UK/EU, two weeks rest of the world.

A quick message on deliveries: Please note that chocolate creative is an independent brand, run by me, Margarita. I sometimes have an assistant who helps on the organising of the orders and deliveries, but most of the time, it is only me doing everything. From now on, I will post only 2 days per week. Unless there is an urgent request, that of course will try to accommodate. Thanks for your understanding.

Be aware that the handmade collections are silk screen printed individually and because of the nature of the process, colours, patterns and sizes may vary slightly from product to product. We do our best to match the products with the original product's photos, but please take into consideration that due to individual colour screen settings, colours may look slightly different to the real product. We do our best to give a full description of the items so we strongly recommend reading each product's description for sizes, colours, material, design and postage before you go ahead with the purchase, so you can be sure you are happy with what you are buying.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
All our textile products are hand-wash or dry-clean only. Where heat transfers have been applied, iron on the reverse side only.

Shipping
Important notice:
• We do not send the inner cover of the cushion.
• We do not provide the pole por curtain brackets.
• chocolate creative uses correos.es (Spanish national post) for shipping, any other requests can be arranged, (this would increase the shipping cost displayed on the shop).
Please note not all packages are sent with a tracking code as depends on orders and volume.
We rarely have issues with postage, and they do arrive even with no tracking codes.
• It is the customer´s responsibility to pay for its own country customs upon receiving of the goods, and taxes when applicable.
