Meaning "royal secrecy", Chrysanthemum Veil is the home of decadent beadwork and artisan jewelry by Amanda Ganong.
Each piece is an original design handcrafted by me from the best quality materials to ensure jewelry that lasts. Because of the handmade nature of these items no two will be completely alike, although patterns and kits are also available for sale for those with patience, as they are gentler on the wallet. Custom orders for weddings and formal events are always welcomed.
Designing complex pieces from simple sketches is a meditation on geometry; a trial on esthetics. My inspirations come from diverse influences from architecture to the natural world, and from those glimmers of light that appear in my mind at the time between sleeping and wakefulness, and those other moments of subconscious focus.
I favor monochromatic color plays with splashes of vibrant hues with special attention to clasps and closures, and elements that create the effect of handmade lace.
My goal is to design exotic and unusual pieces of jewelry that make women feel beautiful – something extra special to experience everyday.
