HOW TO REACH ME: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE use Etsy convo's to contact me in the event of an incorrect address or change in necklace length, etc. I receive over 1000 emails/week (not including junk mail) to my personal email and your message may not reach me in time. Etsy convo's are responded to in sequence. I strive to respond to any questions/requests within 24 hours, however, there are times when it may take longer. Please remember that I am a one woman show and in order to create, package and ship your items promptly sometimes correspondence takes a back seat for a few hours or/and sometimes a few days.

SHIPPING: I do not guarantee deliveries by the US Postal Service or any other postal entity. I can tell you what THEY guarantee, but please do not email me and as me to give you a personal guarantee on something I do not have control over. If I were to personally deliver the item, I'd be happy to give you a guarantee.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 1st class international takes 2-4 weeks typically. If you need Priority Shipping (7-10 business days - AVERAGE $14.00 USD) or Express (2-3 business days - MINIMUM $30-35.00 USD AND UP) please contact me for a custom listing.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: 1st class is currently running 3-7 business days although that can change randomly depending on mail influx and holidays/weekends. If you need Priority or Express, please contact me for a custom listing. Priority is running 2-3 days ($5.90 for Flat) and Express is overnight (AVERAGE - $18.00-35.00).
