Polymer Clay Canes, Beads and Objects by Berit Hines

ClayCenter's Shop Announcement

Welcome to my store!

Proud member of the Polymer Clay Artist Guild of Etsy! To see more outstanding polymer clay art, search PCAGOE on Etsy and check out our website at www.pcagoe.com

My love for all things clay is the theme of this shop.
I make my polymer clay canes using millefiori and other techniques. Millefiori means "1000 Flowers" and is a technique used by Venetian glass blowers, which has been adapted for polymer clay. Since I do not mass produce my canes and do not keep recipes (I love the intuitive process of cane making), once a cane is gone, it will not be repeated.

The way I decorate my pens and other objects comes directly from the way I used to work with Ceramics: I love the material to "tell me what to do", and I am fascinated by the paint-like layered effects one can achieve, and the lively movement of the distortions. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

You can read more about me in my profile.
Feel free to convo me with questions!

Enjoy and thank you for visiting!
