Received my necklace so quickly and was so pleased that my request to change out the bail and chain to silver was accepted. My only ask, would be the option to upgrade to a silver (925) chain. I love that the bail is real silver and while I like the stainless steel chain I plan to buy a silver one. All said, great product, excellent service. Thank you!!!
