Thanks for visiting my Etsy shop. Here you can find hand dyed and hand painted yarns suitable for so many uses - knitting, crochet, weaving - wherever your imagination will take you!
Skeins of the same colourway will always look similar but will never be exact due to the nature of hand dyed yarns. I dye in small batches of between 1 and 6.
I dye all my yarns and fibres until the professional acid dye is exhausted. Although I go to great efforts to make sure there is no excess dye lingering in the yarns and fibres, rarely there might be some. Please hand wash your finished item separately for its first wash.
Yarn and fibres should be hand washed and dried gently in the air. Superwash yarns are treated so that they are suitable for machine washing at a low temperature however I would still advise that you handwash, to preserve the work that goes into your knits.
And lastly, the yarns and fibres are created in a smoke free household however there is a short haired dog who is kept away from the items at all times. I store my products in zip lock bags contained within large plastic crates. I cannot guarantee that a rogue dog hair won't be picked up so please bear this in mind if you have any allergies.

DELIVERY POLICY:
I ship from the UK using Royal Mail first class to the UK and Airmail internationally. These are not tracked packages due to the expense. Packages will be sent out within 1 -2 business days.
If your order has not arrived after 15 working days (if you are a UK buyer) and 28 working days (if you are an international buyer), please get in touch with me.
As the buyer, you are responsible for any customs charges that your order may incur.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your address is correct. I primarily use PayPal postage and always ensure that the address you give to Etsy is the same address you give to PayPal. If your address is wrong and your order is returned to me, I can either refund you for the items minus shipping costs OR I can resend to a correct address at your expense.

Bank Transfers from UK buyers paying in Pounds Sterling only are accepted.

REFUND POLICY:
I hope that you will be happy with your purchase but please get in touch with me in the first instance if you are not. If you find a fault, I will offer a full refund of the item or an exchange if the item is returned in the original condition within 7 days. I cannot offer a refund to items that have been exposed to tobacco smoke as this prevents me from reselling the item.
All photographs look different on different monitors but what I see on mine is as close to how the item looks.
