MY CANDLES AND TARTS ARE ALWAYS SCENTED TO THE MAX.
this means that I use as much premium quality fragrance oil as the soy wax will hold and that is a lot compare to other waxes on the market.

My candles are scented throughout from top to bottom with the same strenght fragrance oil. Very important when I know that some candlemakers only scent the top of their candles so when you first open the jar BAM you get a lot of scent but the candle looses its scent after the first burn.

These days with all the people making candles out of their kitchen and selling them online it can be hard to know who you are dealing with, what you are really buying and what you will receive...so let me tell you about myself and the high quality of my candles and tarts.

♥My candles and tart melts are made with natural soybean wax and premium quality fragrance oils. I always scent my candles and tart melts to the max with premium quality fragrance oils.

♥I only use non toxic LEAD and ZINC FREE wicks because ZINC wicks are metal cored and contain small amount of lead that contributes to indoor pollution and frankly I don't want to breath that in my home so why should you?

♥All my candles are thoroughly tested to ensure a good even burn. All the containers I use to pour my candles are new, I never use second hand or thrift store containers.

♥All the items shown in my store were handmade by me. Many vendors just buy wholesale to retail and don't even know what goes into the product they are selling.

♥All my candles and tarts are made in a real workshop, pets and smoke free.

Welcome to Cinnamon Creek Country Candles.

To ensure high quality everything is handpoured fresh just for you when you place your order. Orders ship within 5 to 7 days from payment received, large order may take a little bit longer to ship.

If you have a special event coming up and need your order faster e-mail us and I will do my best to accomodate you.

I do carry an inventory and have ready to ship items.

CUSTOM ORDER
All the scents listed in my store can be made in votives,tart melts, a wide selection of plain glass containers and travel tins.

Payment

Paypal payment is expected within 3 days of purchase. If you do not have a Paypal account and wish to pay using your Mastercard or Visa card please e-mail us.

I will ship to your Paypal address, so please make sure that all your information are up to date and that your address and your full name match the info on the Etsy receipt.

Shipping

I combine shipping on multiple purchases. If you overpaid on shipping at checkout I will refund overpayment once your order has shipped.

In order to give you the best shipping rate possible I will either ship via Fedex or USPS Priority Mail.

USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes are available. However in many cases West Coast and Midwest orders get better shipping rates with Fedex. If you have any questions about shipping rates please contact me.

INSURANCE IS OPTIONAL BUT HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
All orders are packed with a lot of care but once in a while something gets broken along the way. Since I have no control over what happens to a package once it leaves my location, I will not be responsible for items damaged, broken or lost during shipping. If you would like to purchase insurance, please e-mail me.

INSURANCE CLAIMS
If you purchased insurance and need to file a claim you will need to keep everything including box, packaging material and broken items to file your insurance claim. Filing an insurance claim is the buyer's responsibility.

WEATHER WARNING:
Please keep in mind that wax is subject to weather.

During WINTER wax become extremely brittle when exposed to cold temperature and some embeds might freeze and snap during transit.

During SUMMER wax can "sweat" or melt if exposed to hot temperature.

This is unfortunate but since I do not control the weather or delivery conditions, Cinnamon Creek Country Candles cannot be held responsible for broken and/or melted embeds, candles or tart melts, votives and tealights.

In order to minimize potential damages I will only ship orders on Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday depending on your delivery zone. This procedure is to avoid having your product sitting in a cold delivery truck or warehouse over a weekend.

Refunds and Exchanges

Since all items are made to order all sales are final. There will be no returns, refunds or exchanges.

Disclaimer: I provide detailed instructions on how to use and burn candles safely. It is the buyer's responsibilty to make sure that you burn your candles propely.
