I am a one woman shop here and offer crafty items from my imagination and eye for the simple things in life. Please enjoy.

Wholesale - I would love to have my pieces in your store, online and brick and mortar shops are welcome. International shops please don't be shy! I'm really looking to get craftyFOLK into many stores this year, so please drop me a convo via Etsy or an email at- craftyfolkshop (at ) gmail (dot) com

I accept custom requests and orders. I recommend browsing my sold items as well, I can recreate items in different colors or themes. Don't be shy. I'll be honest if I can or cannot accommodate.

I except Paypal.

Paypal - You needn't have a Paypal account to use, a debit/credit card works as a fast secure payment. Please pay within 24 hours of your purchase, or contact me if you need more time.

Shipping

I ship within 5 days (Mon-Fri). Let me know if you need a rushed shipment. Shipping cost includes handling, which is the cost of shipping supplies. Thank you.

I am not responsible for items arriving late to their destination because of the postal service. Sorry.

Refunds and Exchanges

I aim to please and I'm a reasonable gal, if you have a problem I'll do my best to make you a happy customer. Please convo me as soon as possible and we'll figure it out.

If a brooch back/clasp breaks, just convo me and I'll have you send back the item and I'll fix it for you, no trouble.
