My order had to be refunded which was disappointing. Apparently it wasnt supposed to be sold out of the country. I respect that she told me before the refund. Just note, in case anyone outside of America sees this shop, find a different one.

Ordered this for my Neice’s graduduation weeks prior to the date. First of all it arrived a day late. So I’m not happy about that but I’m thinking I’ll use it for the next year when the sibling graduates, no huge deal. But that wasn’t all that’s wrong. Second it was basically a sloppy job. Looked like no love was put into making this. I ordered the black and gold. The fabric on it was Navy blue and was dirty and dusty. There was globs of hot gluWhat is wrong with this dog?!! It’s broken! It won’t giddy glue everywhere. Wasn’t cleaned up at all to look professionally done. The rope was much larger than the tassel at the end of the rope. Just look ridiculousAnd arrived with a dented because it was poorly packed. I live in Hawaii so returning it was more of a hassle and would cost me more. The design was nice,quality poor!

Absolutely love how quickly this came in. Hated I had to wait so long to show everyone at the event. Ms. Mary does amazing work & she is very friendly & responsive. This card box really added to the decor. I would highly recommend.
