crakalaka's Shop Policies

Welcome

Hi there, and welcome to my store! Browse to your hearts content, and please contact me with any questions you may have.

Enjoy!

Payment

I accept payment via Paypal.

I will not post your item until payment has cleared.

Shipping

I have based all of my shipping costs on the available information from Australia Post. If the postage costs more than what I have listed then I will pay the difference. If it is substancially cheaper than I have quoted then I will refund the difference (within reason of course, I won't fuss over a dollar or two).

Postage will be via regular mail for domestic orders (within Australia) and via 'Pack and Track' for international orders. I will not be accountable for lost or damaged packages.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not accept returns for change of mind, or incorrect sizing. Please read my item descriptions carefully before purchasing.

I will only accept refunds for faulty workmanship. This is applicable to all items that I sell. Contact must be made within one week of receiving the item. Items must be sent back to me (at buyers cost) before a refund will be given.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Bean Bag Safety
The seams in my bean bags are finished securely and all bean bags are fitted with safety zips. I am familiar with the Australian Standards concerning Bean Bags, (specifically the requirements relating to labelling and safety zippers), and am confident that with reasonable use (no belly flopping from the second storey balcony) my bean bags and liners are suitable for domestic use. I must state however that you use the bean bags at your own risk. Some people who are particularly concerned about safety for very young children choose instead to fill their bags with pillow inners, or use the bags for storage of stuffed animals.
