Animal friendly wool? You bet! Our sheep are never eaten, allowed to have lambs (that would increase our sheep to way many more because I would never part with them!!), or sold/given away. Many arrived with special needs, injuries or just plain needing a happy place to retire. We have also purchased, well, a bunch of our sheep just for the 'cute' factor! They make us smile and we adore them- our blessing for sure!

Crazy Quilt you ask? The name of our shop, and cornerstone of our business was inspired by my great grandmother Emma Lamp- a very talented crazy quilt artist and rug braider. Her colors were crazy to be sure, and her work exquisite!

All my handspinning and fiber/dye work is inspired by my grandmother's work. She was a free spirit and I adored her. I hope she is proud of my work.... and the sheep too! ;0)
