Current TURNAROUND times:
All items are made to order and I process all orders by date received. The current turnaround time is 2 weeks (10 business days). If you need it sooner you can contact me to let me know the date you need it and I can try my best to accommodate or you can pay an extra fee for a rush delivery that will place your order ahead. Our Sustainable Practices:
All lanterns come fully assembled (unless specified) and are designed with Color Flo Tissue Paper made from 100% Post Industrial Recycled Fibers.

We REUSE packaging supplies whenever possible and use the scraps from paper lanterns as padding for the shipping boxes when needed. Office supplies such as envelopes, business cards and printer paper are all made of recycled content. The office uses energy efficient lighting, green electricity and cleaning supplies.

We use ground shipping whenever possible and recycle everything we can in our area. All invoices, payments and receipts are sent electronically whenever possible or are printed on recycled office supplies and we unplug or turn off all power strips and electronics when not in use.

Items are donated to charity when we can no longer reuse or recycle them.

Shipping time is 2- 3 weeks and can vary from that depending on size of the order, date the order was placed and date of event. There is rush shipping available if you need the order sooner.
