No tangible products will be shipped to you. Your files will be sent to your Etsy email address. You will receive a link to be able to download your purchases straight away (usually within minutes of purchase). We wanted to try out instant downloading so that you don’t have to wait a long time for your files to arrive. If it hasn’t arrived instantly please check your spam or junk folders first but if nothing is there, please just get in touch and we will get it sorted for you.

PLEASE NOTE: You can download your order at any time by going into 'Your Account' (at the top left of Etsy) and viewing your 'purchases'.

OUR PRODUCTS

SVG Files

If you purchase our SVGs, you must have a SVG compatible cutting machine and software to be able to use them for cutting. We use a Sizzix Eclips machine with ECAL software, similar to SCAL and MTC to cut out our designs. We like to test them out first to make sure that our designs are easy to cut. Please experiment with different paper and cutting speeds and pressures as all papers are different.

Printable Files

Our printable files are either sent as a JPG a PDF file or both. Each listing should state what you are to receive. You can use Adobe Reader to open the PDF files and print from them. If you don’t have that program then you can download it for free from www. Adobe.com. If you wish to print our digital papers onto A4 (8.5x11) paper we recommend turning off "Scale To Fit" in the printing option panel.
