We are influenced by our environment and it's laws, but these things do not necessarily determine who we are or what we are capable of. There are no limits to the mind. There are no limits to imagination.

Crescent Moon Vintage is my obsession. I have collected, loved and altered vintage clothing for upwards of 10 years. In addition, I design and construct unique items for which I see a need in my own life and wardrobe.

I believe in well-fitting clothes, above all. I have often come across an item that enchants me: the shape, the fabric, the colour...yet the size or fit is wrong. So I have learned to adapt and alter my vintage clothes to look like they were made for me. I would like to do the same thing for my customers: that is why I offer free alteration with most of my items! Imagine: Custom Vintage! The possibilities...

I am continuously moving towards new original designs. I have always been inspired by limitations and my ideas tend to spring from a lack of materials or the "making-use" of existing goods. I truly believe that by wearing and re-using vintage clothes, we can have a significant positive impact on the well being of our personal and global environment.
