CristinaAshleyDesign's Shop Announcement

Hi friends! My shop will be regularly closed and I will not be taking Holiday orders this year due to time constraints and a lack of help. But ... For this week ONLY, I will be taking orders. Below are some important things to note while placing your order:
* I will only be available for limited "conversation" time and emails on Etsy. Please avoid lots of special requests that will require me to respond. This may result in your purchase not being in on time!
* I do not have the resources to do RUSH orders.
* I get LOTS of emails daily about status of orders and questions. Having to respond to these only slows me down. I will not respond to these emails.
* Orders will be shipped by December 18th, unless I mention otherwise to an individual. If you will already be gone for vacation, please make a note of the mailing address in the notes section of the invoice. NOT on a seperate email or "conversation". I will send the order there instead.
* Please make sure that the entire invoice has been completed for your transaction {correct mailing address, payment completion, etc.}. Many times people forget to click the "pay now" button and think their orders is placed, when it has not been completed. Orders that are not paid on this day will not be made.

I think that's it! Sorry for all the "rules". I am hoping to avoid snags along the way that would typically slow me down during a busy time. I wish you all a wonderful Holiday season! Thanks for your continued business and support. I appreciate each one of you!

All items can be personalized with names, dates or phrases. The text on the jewelry listed is for the purpose of example only. You can change the text on any items to fit your needs!

Please allow 2-3 weeks before your purchase is shipped. It could be sooner. These are all hand-stamped pieces and it can be a timely process, depending on the intricacy of the item. {RUSH orders are not available at this time}.

Sterling silver and copper will tarnish!!! Keep your jewelry and pet tags looking as beautiful as the day you bought them. The only way to prevent tarnishing is to polish regularly. I highly recommend you purchase polishing cloths {you can find them under the "extras" section}! OR, go to a hardware store and buy some steel wool to keep them polished with the "brushed" look that I use!

PLEASE NOTE: Some pictures listed show an "upgraded" fine link chain. This is no longer available. I only offer the standard sterling silver 18" ball chain. Please take this into consideration when making your purchase.
