If you are looking for a unique gift for that 'special someone' you just may find it here.
All pieces are made with the utmost attention paid to details. Unless otherwise noted in the item description, each item here is ready to ship. However, any of the wearables can be custom made for you in different colors, sizes or yarns. Please contact me for details. I do sizes from children's to plus sizes.
A word about *** Soap dishes ***. Wood colours do vary. In each soap dish listing (except the single) every attempt has been made to include the various shades of wood that you might get. Our soap dishes are made from assorted reclaimed hardwoods. Please be aware that the soap dishes are not stained but are left natural. The natural wood properties may interact with any soap that may be left on it. This is a perfectly normal phenomenon and will subside over time.
Note: As much as I do appreciate being featured on blogs, other websites, etc, I would request that you contact me directly before using my photos.
YARN STOCK:
I do carry a wide variety of yarns. Many of the listings are for a single ball, however I quite often have more of that same yarn available, either in that specific colour or in the other available colours. I'm always getting new yarns in the shop, so if there is something in particular that you are looking for, please let me know and I'll try to get it for you. Please feel free to contact me with your requirements.
OUT of Stock items:
On occasion, some items will be temporarily out of stock. In these cases it will be noted in the listings. If an item is temporarily out of stock it will have an 'estimated ship date' indicated in the listing. Refunds are NOT given unless the item is not available by the estimated ship date.
Payment
Payment by Paypal or credit card is preferred. Payment by any other means is by prior arrangement only.
For buyers who wish to pay with a credit card without a PayPal account: At checkout click on the PayPal icon and you will be redirected to PayPal, click the “I do not have a PayPal account” and follow the instructions (you will not be required to create an account to complete a purchase).

LAYAWAY:
If you are short of funds but have found that 'special' item, a layaway plan can be arranged. Basic terms are 50% down - nonrefundable to hold the item. The balance must be paid off within one month (unless prior arrangements have been made) or the entire payment will be forfeited. I prefer to set it up with no more than three additional payments but this is negotiable. Once the item is completely paid for, it will be shipped. There is a 5% additional charge for layaways. Should you wish to use the layaway plan, contact me before making the purchase so that layaway payment dates can be arranged. The minimum purchase amount on a layaway is $100.
RESERVED ITEMS: Reserved items will be held for 24 hours unless prior arrangements have been made.
SPECIAL ORDERS: Yes, I will do special orders on any yarn. If you see a yarn in the shop but not in the colour that you are looking for, please feel free to contact me. I do place orders with various yarn manufacturers on a regular basis and if what you are looking for is available I'd be more than happy to order it for you. Payment on special orders must be made prior to my ordering the yarn. In the case the yarn is no longer available, a full refund will be provided. On occasion I will list items as 'special order only'. These items will have an 'estimated ship date' clearly posted in the listing. If you need the item before the estimated ship date, please do not purchase the item.
CUSTOM WORK:
I enjoy doing custom work, but I will NOT duplicate anything from another sellers shop. I will however be willing to make changes to my own designs to meet your specifications.
All custom work and special orders require a minimum non-refundable deposit of 50% of the item price before any work will begin. This includes detailed design work.
Shipping
Most items will be shipped within 2 business days of the payment clearing.
I will ship only to your Paypal address. If you have a different address that you wish to be shipped to, please let me know in the message from the buyer. Any items being shipped to an alternate address must be insured at the buyers expense.
Because shipping costs are completely dependent on weight, and I have no way of knowing in advance which selections you will make, the secondary shipping price is set to match the primary price. However I will ** combine shipping ** after payment is completed and refund appropriate funds.
The shipping cost listed includes not only the cost of postage, but also the cost of any packaging materials. I do try to recycle packaging materials as much as possible to keep these costs down.
All domestic packages are shipped USPS. Items weighing less than 13 oz are shipped 1st Class Package rate. Items weighing more than 13 oz are shipped Parcel Post unless otherwise noted. In the event that the total cost of shipping your purchase at the Parcel Post is more than the Priority Rate, you will be upgraded to Priority automatically. PLEASE NOTE: If you need your purchase in a hurry I will upgrade your shipping if you let me know, and will invoice you for the difference in cost before the item is shipped.
Shipping outside the United States is done USPS First Class up to the maximum weight and size permitted. All other packages are sent USPS Priority.
The buyer is responsible for any and all customs and duties. The customs declaration put on the package will NOT contain false information for any reason. The buyer is responsible for being aware of what can legally be imported into their country.
I will not 'guarantee' that any package will be delivered by any specific date. The USPS dates are guidelines and are NOT guarantees. Should a parcel absolutely have to be there by a specific date, I'm willing to make arrangements with private courier companies to help facilitate this.
Local pickup is available but date and time of pickup MUST be arranged prior to the purchase being made.
Although I make every effort to keep everything in stock at all times, there are times when our production does get behind. There are also times when items that were expected to arrive from our suppliers don't quite make it on the day that they were promised. In cases such as these I do make a note in the listings as to when the expected ship date will be.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once you have purchased an item you are expected to pay for it. Changing your mind is NOT a valid reason to request a refund. If you wish a different colour or size, please contact me BEFORE making the purchase for a custom order. I do not charge extra to make something in a different colour or size if it is one of my current listings. If you would like further clarification on any item, please ask before making your purchase. If there is something that you are not sure of, please ask before making the purchase. I'm more than willing to answer questions about anything in the shop.
I cannot control what the post office will do with packages after they have been shipped. But, if something has happened to the package in transit, please contact me.
Any requests for refunds or returns must be received within three business days of the package delivery date and will be considered on a case by case basis.
All returned items must be in original condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded. There will be no refunds or returns on custom orders. All other refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges and all transaction fees incurred. All returns MUST be shipped with either delivery confirmation and insurance or some other form of electronic tracking where available.
There will be no refunds offered on Sale items. This includes Saturday Night Specials.

All special order items will require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the purchase price (excluding shipping), with the balance to be paid when the item is ready to ship. Should you cancel the special order, you will forfeit the deposit. If you place the order through the Alchemy system, all Alchemy procedures will be followed.
Orders placed in any other manner will be listed in the shop as a 'reserved' order. You will be expected to purchase the listing and pay the agreed upon deposit the deposit before any work is done. Both the deposit and balance amounts will be requested via Paypal Invoice.
I do not do consignment at this time.
***A Word About COLOR**** I try very hard to accurately represent my product through photographs and description. I want you to love your special piece and come back for more! A lot of people don't realize that the color of the image can vary widely from one computer monitor to another. What looks lavender on one computer can be gray on another computer etc. If you are unable to determine the shade or exact colour through my description, please send me a Convo and I'll give you as much detail about the color as I can.
Please note: I do NOT take photographs of every soap dish that I sell. Rather the photos used are showing the design and colour variations. You will NOT receive the one in the photo.
All items are made in a smoke free, dog friendly environment. The utmost of care is taken to avoid pet hair on any product but there is the possibly that a stray hair may remain.
TRADES::
Yes, I am usually open to trades, but at this time I'm not trading. I am usually looking for very unique one of a kind art pieces (no jewelry) as well as almost any kind of handmade soaps. I'm definatly a soapaholic! Almost any CP or HP soaps are more than welcome!
