Welcome

All finished jewelry pieces will be gift boxed and shipped in padded pouches or boxes as needed.
Cabochons, beads, small components, and other findings will be packed in small plastic baggies and shipped in appropriate padded pouches or boxes if needed.
I gladly ship to USA and Internationally. Shipping of certain types of precious jewelry are restricted to some countries (ex: Italy). Make sure the items you are buying meet your countriy's import restrictions.

6% State sales tax will be added at Paypal checkout on purchases to Pennsylvania. All other purchases will be State tax free.
All international orders are subject to the destination country duties, taxes and delays.

Payment

Payment by Paypal or money order.

Other option available:
I can also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card payments directly.
You will need to call me at (814)372-1026 with your credit card info if you prefer this payment option.
I also accept direct transfer by Western Union on International orders, email me for instructions.

Shipping

Shipping and Handling costs are listed on each posting.
I gladly ship worldwide.

Refunds and Exchanges

Return Policy: USA SALES: Stock Finished jewelry: If you do not like your purchase you may return it in it's original condition, original box and packing, at your expense, in the 3 days following reception, with it's un-adultered control tag attached. Insurance for full value needs to be purchased for the return shipment. Reception date is the date the Post Office states delivery to you was done.
Prior to returning an item, notice needs to be given. No refund will be issued on a returned item without pre-authorization and without shipping insurance for full value.
You will be issued a refund of the item price minus shipping.

Made to Order Jewelry Pieces, Made to Size Jewelry Pieces: All sales are final.

Stones, beads, cabs, findings: All sales are final, so please ask all your questions before purchase.

INTERNATIONAL sales: Due to possible extended shipping duration, all sales are final on sales outside USA.
