Thank you for taking the time to read our policies! We promise there is nothing out of the ordinary, we just want to have the basics covered!
Antiquing is something that has grown from a simple hobby to a budding business and we want to share this joy with you!
At this time, we accept Paypal and can accept credit cards/gift cards directly through Etsy with a little bit of notice.
All orders are shipped using the French postal system as it is the least expensive method of shipping, unless otherwise stated. Normal delivery is estimated between 7 and 15 business days. We ship once a week on Saturdays.
This simple and cost effective method does not provide a proof of shipment, tracking information or insurance.
We now have upgrade options for shipping. These "add-ons" include a tracking sticker and a maximum insurance of 23€. The cost of each "add-on" is 3,50€ and they can be purchased here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/121692735/shipping-options-upgrade
some international packages can take up to 6 weeks due to security / customs controls at the ports of entry ! If you are working on a tight deadline, let us know before you purchase so we can provide an accurate quote!
Expedited shipping runs between 39 and 59€.
Please note that international buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not purchase tracking for your package, we have no way of telling you where you package is once it has shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once you purchase an item from our store we want nothing more than for you to have it in your hands. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for items lost or damaged in transit. our packages are professionally packed in recycled materials.
If you're unhappy with your purchase, please send an email letting us know. if you want your money back, we need the item returned to us. once we receive the item we can refund the cost of the item. the shipping costs will not be refunded.

If you have any doubt about an item, please convo us before you complete the purchase and we would be more than happy to help answer any questions.
Please tell us of any issues before leaving feedback.
We refund shipping overages to your account the day of shipment.
Additional Policies and FAQs
We will hold reservations or reserved listings for 24 hours or unless otherwise discussed. If the item is not purchased within this period, we will re-list the item -no questions asked.
