Small Belly Bands fit most women dress sizes 4-10 and stretch from 30" up to 40". Large Bands fit sizes 8-16 and stretch from 36" up to 48". Please measure your widest part and consider how tight you'd like it. If you are smaller, just leave a note to seller at checkout to take it in. Don't feel limited by the sections listed. If you see a color that you like and need a different size, PLEASE ask for it, I may be able to change it for you.
