Welcome

Cut.Your.Heart.Out has a simple philosophy - delight the customer with handmade pieces.

All of the pieces created and sold are pieces that I would wear myself. I don't make anything that I wouldn't be proud to wear. I also don't believe in putting a high price tag on the items I create so everything you find in my store is affordable and reasonably priced.

Payment

I accept Paypal payments as well as money orders. I'm sorry, but at this time I do not accept personal checks. Bank checks are welcome.

I hope that you don't cancel an order that is placed, but if for any reason you do need to cancel an order, please let me know immediately and I will work with you to refund payment.

Shipping

I ship items out once a week (Friday). Please note that occassionally life gets busy and it may delay the shipment of your item. I however will never take over 7 days to ship and if there is any problem I will contact you and give you the option to cancel.

Refunds and Exchanges

I'm sorry, but I currently do not accept returns for items. However, if your item arrives broken or damaged, please message me to return your item and I will be happy to send a replacement (if I have another of the same item), offer another item in exhange (if the damaged item is a one-time piece) or offer a refund on the item.
