After reading The Scientific Warning of 1992, I've made a dedicated effort to "make art, not trash" using secondhand materials. For the same reason, almost five years ago I began the blog, ART FOR HOUSEWIVES, which has provided me with the opportunity to learn much about recycling as well as the therapeutic quality of working with ones hands.
