I have been a spinner for 30 odd years. Up until recently I have not sold any of my handspun. I have made sweaters, hats, gloves, scarves, shawls and even woven ponchos from handspun. Knitting with handspun is one of the chief joys of my life. There is an ineffable quality about it, it has character and soul; I have never turned out a bad product if it was created with handspun.

I was a knitter before I became a spinner and weaver, so my handspun is made with knitting in mind. I only use natural fibers, and try to create or find blends of natural fibers that will make exciting yarns.
