~ I ship to your ETSY address, unless you message me that it needs to be shipped elsewhere. Please make sure your Etsy address is correct.

~ If you need your bag by a certain date, please contact me prior to your purchase so we can arrange a Rush order.... a simple inquiry regarding rush orders will not make yours a rush, as there is no order to attach that to. Once we have agreed on a time frame, please remind me in the notes to seller at checkout that your bag is a Rush, per our convo. Thank you so much, this really helps me.

~ Please be courteous to your fellow Etsy shoppers.. Unless we have discussed a Rush order PRIOR to your purchase, your bag will be constructed in the order that your order was received and is paid in full.

~ Anything marked "READY TO SHIP" will ship out in one business day.

~ Currently, please allow approximately 3 weeks or so after your purchase is paid in FULL before your order ships. My items are hand made to order for you, and I am honored to be a busy shop with many orders to create each week.

~ It bears repeating... If you need your bag by a certain date, please contact me prior to your purchase and I am happy to arrange that for you if possible. Thank you for understanding that my bags are handmade by me and only me, not manufactured in a factory, and I estimate the time they will take as best I can. As always, please feel free to check in as to the status of your order while it is in process.

~ Once your bag is finished, it will ship via USPS Priority or Priority International. Expect 1-3 days for orders within the US and 7-14 days outside the US.

~ For custom orders ~ These take Considerably longer, depending on the request, as a pattern will need to be drafted for your special one of a kind bag, and leathers, linings and hardware may need to be hunted down and ordered. "Custom" is a bag that you have dreamed up and I have not made before.
One of my listed bags made in an alternate leather or with a different strap configuration is considered "Made to order" and does not fall into the Custom category. All bags marked "Ready to Ship" will be sent out the following business day.

~ Everything in my shop is designed, cut, stitched, wrapped, and shipped by me in my Seattle area home studio. I personally choose and purchase every leather, lining, and hardware. Thank you for your patience while I create your beautiful new bag.

I use only the finest materials available, and each handbag is meticulously constructed and double stitched everywhere with Gutermann upholstery thread, which is 100% polyester, super thick, strong, durable and rot-proof..... My hope is that you'll want to carry your bag forever; and I really do strive to make sure that it will survive anything that you can put it through.

~ Because the leathers I use are top grain (versus inferior secondary cuts from the hide) some natural markings including brands, finished scratches / bites may or may not be present. Typically, these markings are very subtle and are considered by most as the "signature" of fine, authentic leather
