All our orders are CERTIFIED so you can track the status anytime.

Note for US customers: Packages sent to US in December 2010 and during the first weeks of January are suffering a huge delay due to the increased security measures in United States customs. What it usually takes from 7 to 10 working days has become a question of faith … three weeks? four weeks? … six weeks maybe?

Good news is on January 14th the high security measures were lifted and estimated delivery times should be back to normal (7-10 working days) but we will keep you posted. We are still diligently working for you to have your orders a.s.a.p though and every order is dispatched within 24 hours.
