We believe in doing one thing and doing it well. That's why our candles have been around so long! (Almost 30 years now!) Each of our candles is hand-dipped and hand-carved by a Pacific Northwest artist. Each one, we hope, reflects an enduring pride in expressive artistry.
We accept all major credit cards through PayPal only. You are welcome to pay by personal or business check also. (We cash checks prior to shipment.)
All orders are shipped promptly during the regular season. As we approach the holidays we get further behind on orders. If you want candles for Christmas or other holidays please allow enough lead time!
We generally ship by FedEx as they tend to beat UPS in packages in our weight range. If it's just a candle or two, we can ship anywhere in the USA for $10-- via USPS flat rate.
Refunds and Exchanges
FedEx insures all shipments automatically up to $100 per box.
The USPS does not automatically insure shipments. It's the responsibility of the customer to purchase insurance separately for all USPS shipments.
**WE DON'T INSURE SHIPMENTS --- FEDEX AND THE USPS DOES**
IF THE SHIPMENT IS DAMAGED, THE RECEIVER MUST TAKE STEPS TO BE REIMBURSED.
