I'm sorry, I will not accept returns or offer exchanges as each of my items is custome made for you when you order. However, If I have made a mistake in an order I will correct it as long as I'm received a message from you with in 5 days of delivery.

If you need to return/exchange your order, there must be a tracking number sent to me. If the case rises for a refund I will not give refund until I have received the item. Also the I must have a tracking number too. Also, I you must return item with the first 7 days after you received it.

On all monogramming orders please let me know how you would like the order be first, middle, last or first, last, middle. Also please leave a note on which is last name. Also, when leaving names PLEASE check the spelling. Sometimes spell check will correct it and I'm not reasonable for it if you spell it wrong.
